Our Townhouse in Kissimmee
Our house is a two story end unit that faces a conservatory for the maximum amount of privacy. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, full kitchen, living/dining area, and open floor plan that leads out to your own private screened in porch with heated splash pool.
The master bedroom is on the second floor and has it's own bathroom. A comfortable king size bed and quality linens are in place for your comfort. Each bedroom has it's own television, V.C. R., and telephone.
A second bedroom that is located on the second floor has two twin beds, private bath, and a Sony Playstation 2. All you have to do is bring the games.
A third bedroom, located on the first floor for those who find it difficult to climb stairs has a queen size bed and bathroom that can be shared with guests or closed off for more privacy. We also have high speed internet access and HBO.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cook any size meal you like. All you have to bring is the food. A microwave, dish washer, and garbage disposal are provided for your convenience. Walmart is located about 15 minutes away in Davenport where you can purchase groceries, wine, beer, and rent movies.
The living area has plush leather sofas, one that easily converts to a queen size bed. A 36' television, surround sound stereo and, D.V.D/ V.C.R. Your private screened in splash pool may be optionally heated for a daily fee. A tot gate is provided as well as highly placed locks and alarms to the pool area to keep small children safe.
All towels and linens are provided at no extra charge. A stacked washing machine and dryer are here for your use. Just bring detergent and softener and your ready to go. The two upstairs bathrooms have tubs and a shower. The downstairs bathroom has a large walk in shower. All bathrooms have a sink, vanity, toilet, and hair dryers.
This townhouse is the closest to the lagoon style pool and clubhouse (30 feet) than any other unit in the community. We are facing the front entrance to the clubhouse so you don't hear the noise of the pool but are close enough to walk. You can see the fireworks from Epcot every night at about 9:15 while sitting on the front porch of this home. If you have little ones and need to leave the park early, you still get to see this awesome display! Summer Wind has it's own parking in the driveway for cars and mini vans and extra room for R.V.'s on premise.
